Description:

Atlanta CBT connects you with experienced licensed clinical psychologists and CBT therapists providing specialized care in Atlanta, GA (Inman Park on the Beltline), Richmond, VA (the Fan), and via secure telehealth in 42+ PSYPACT states.

Integrating CBT, ERP, and ACT to build psychological flexibility — the capacity to respond skillfully to difficult thoughts and emotions while continuing to move toward what matters. The aim is not simply symptom reduction, but a life that is fuller, steadier, and more meaningful in the presence of uncertainty.

Atlanta CBT is a group of independently practicing clinicians responsible for their own clinical services and professional care. Each fully licensed psychologist and CBT therapist maintains their own independent practice and chooses to contract with Atlanta CBT as a shared professional home. This structure allows clinicians to retain full autonomy in their clinical work while collaborating within a like-minded, values-driven group. This independence supports depth, thoughtfulness, and clinical integrity. It allows care to be guided by research, professional judgment, and the needs of the individual — not productivity quotas or external pressures.

Each psychologist and CBT therapist determines their own clinical offerings at any given time. Inquire for in person/telehealth outpatient services of various intensities.
