Narrative of Services:

I offer individual and couples counseling for those struggling with OCD and common co-occurring issues (ADHD, trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety).

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I work with individuals with ADHD. We focus on discussed the overlap between ADHD and OCD, and develop a plan to treat both issues

Training Description:

I completed an Intensive Workshop in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) from the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy. I have been working with individuals with OCD for the past 2 years.
