Narrative of Services:
I take a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to treatment. I’m willing to do everything I ask my members to do, and I work to challenge specific core fears so we work at the roots of OCD, not just the branches. Your intrusive thoughts are unique to you — they’re based on OCD attaching to what you value — but you are not alone. NOCD is unique in its ability to serve you in the places where you struggle the most.
Training Description:
I have been treating OCD for about five years. I worked in an OCD/Anxiety PHP and IOP for about two of those years, about one year in OCD residential program, and the last 2 years in outpatient care. I have attended the BTTI training as well as several of the IOCDF annual conferences. I have gained speciality training for BFRBs (HRT), PTSD (Prolonged Exposure), and hoarding (4-Box Method) through NOCD.
