Over half of my caseload is treatment of OCD. I have specialized in treatment of OCD for 7 years.
I treat co-occuring OCD and trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and OCD related disorders, utilizing a variety of approaches tailored to the individual.
I have completed the BTTI training, attended regular OCD Consultation Groups, attended several IOCDF conferences, completed training through the Massachusetts General Psychiatry Academy (online), and read numerous books on OCD treatment.
I am comfortable with and have experience with clients of varied races, nationalities, gender expression, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, etc. For instance, I have worked well with Buddhists, Muslims, both Progressive and Conservative Christians, Pagans, Wiccans, atheists, and agnostics. I am glad to integrate any individual’s spirituality or philosophy into their treatment. I also have experience working effectively with heterosexuals, lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender individuals, non-binary, and family members or loved ones of all those “categories.”
