Narrative of Services:
The majority of practice is dedicated to treating OCD and OCD with co-occurring conditions. Typically that amounts to at least 70%.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD and trauma; OCD and phobias; OCD and anxiety disorders
Evaluation of each disorder; assessment of which requires attention first; flexibility in use of CBT/ERP, CPT (cognitive processing therapy), mindfulness and DBT

Training Description:
I have received training through the IOCDF’s BTTI’s in adult and pediatric. Throughout the past 14 years I regularly attend supervision with national and international experts in the field, workshops and advanced intensive trainings.
Treatment Groups:

Will be starting groups for 1. Generalized Anxiety Disorder and 2. Perfectionism
They will start in February, Day, Time and cost TBD. Self pay
