Description:

We are a growing network of specialists that currently serve residents 40+ states via Telehealth, allowing you to get the care you need, wherever you are. We specialize in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety and anxiety-related difficulties, and a high percentage of the population we serve is in treatment for OCD (roughly 70-80%). We utilize both structured ERP and ACT-enhanced ERP, and wkeep a low roster of clients so we can focus more on quality of services. We have standard 60-minute appointments. Our client-first mentality means that we aren’t here to simply listen ~ we’re actively engaged in the treatment process and our goal is to help clients make life big again.

We are able to provide both outpatient semi-intensive, and intensive outpatient services depending on a clients needs. After a client completes the more active phase of treatment (e.g. ERP), we offer titrated scheduling, monthly or quarterly tune ups, and an open door policy where anytime a client wishes to return to treatment, they will be prioritized and supported in that process.

Finally, we have a masters level training program and offer sliding scale rates to those clients meeting with a WCA intern.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Anxiety and anxiety-related disorders (GAD, all themes within the OCD umbrella, hoarding, body focused repetitive disorders and tics, phobias, Body Dysmorphia, disordered eating, & PTSD) often show up with depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, or personality disorders. Treatment targets the most impairing difficulty first, and then widens out to the less life-interfering difficulties. After an initial assessment phase of treatment, we deliver any of the following, depending on severity: ACT-enhanced ERP for anxiety disorders, ACT-enhanced HRT for BFRDs, ACT/problem solving therapy/behavioral activation/DBT for depression/substance use; in all treatment targets, we focus on present moment awareness and emotion efficacy. Upon completion of this phase of treatment, we offer MBCT & MBRP for relapse prevention and continued support (tune ups) as needed.

Diversity Statement:

All clinicians must be trained in and operate from the stance of cultural humility.
