Narrative of Services:

My practice is about 75% focused on OCD, perfectionism, and anxiety disorders. I conduct individual therapy using under the broad umbrella of CBT (including exposure and response prevention, behavioral activation, and cognitive therapy techniques. I work with adults, older adolescents, and couples, and provide parent training as well. In addition, I provide clinical and neuropsychological assessments with specific expertise in assessing OCD vs ADHD, and other co-occurring conditions. Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My other specialties include anxiety disorders, depression, perfectionism, misophonia, and ADHD, for which I provide empirically supported treatment, under the broad umbrella of Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Training Description:

I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology/Neuropsychology and completed internships and fellowships focusing on the treatment, and neuropsychological assessments across a diverse array of populations. I also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at MGH / Harvard Medical School, conducting research on OCD. I am recognized as a leading expert in the world on the neuropsychology of OCD, and the co-occurrence between OCD and ADHD. I have published over 60 peer-reviewed manuscripts and book chapters, mostly focusing on OCD, and served multiple times on the IOCDF’s Scientific Grant Review Board.
