Jessica M. Alea EdD, LMHC
I specialize in anxiety spectrum disorders including OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Phobias, and Social Anxiety. I am a trauma-informed clinician who is trained in several modalities to help clients whose past makes recovering from anxiety even more difficult. Clients with symptoms of OCD make up about 75% of my practice, with the rest made of some form of anxiety and trauma.
As a former teacher, I believe in education and empowering clients to help themselves. I believe my experience as a teacher has given me insight into how to scaffold and encourage clients’ wellness.
