PI am an experienced clinical psychotherapist and specialize in treating OCD, Perfectionism, Scrupulosity, OC Spectrum disorders, phobias and depression. My approach is entirely determined by individual needs – whether it is individual or family counseling. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Habit Reversal Therapy (HRT) and Stress Tolerance/Management Training. Most of the clients I treat on a regular bases are diagnosed with anxiety and OCD.
I am a member of Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, Multicultural Competence Association and Multicultural Counseling Study group at Chicago Institute for Psychoanalyses.

II received my MS in Clinical from Benedictine University in 2012 and completed my fellowship at Chicago Institute for Psychoanalyses. I also completed IOCDF supported Behavioral Therapy Institute Training for adults and have been treating OCD, OC spectrum, anxiety and Co-occurring disorders for over 7 years. I am an active member of Rogers Hospital sponsored OCD and Midwest OCD consulting groups.
