Narrative of Services:
Individual counseling for adolescents and adults. Most of my clients have some kind of anxiety disorder and at least half of my clients have OCD or related disorders (BFRBs, panic disorder, and phobias).
Training Description:
ERP Foundations I & II with New England Center for OCD, Trichotillomania with Michael Twohig, ERP for OCD with CBI, and have read books for administering ERP from an ACT model.
Specializing in OCD since 2023 but have worked with clients with OCD and other anxiety disorders since 2014.
