Narrative of Services:

I currently work at the Anxiety Specialists of Atlanta, a dedicated OCD and anxiety specialty clinic and institutional affiliate of the IOCDF, where I regularly consult with and collaborate with the over 20 members of our team. Approximately 75% of the individuals who I see have primary diagnoses of OCD and/or related anxiety disorders. I also lead our treatment intensives service for individuals who need more than once weekly therapy but are not able to complete traditional intensive outpatient programs.

Training Description:

I have extensive training in CBT, ACT, and ERP for OCD, OC-spectrum and anxiety disorders for children over 8 years old, teens and young adults. I also have training in treating eating disorders (particularly binge eating disorder), CBIT for tic disorders, and the Comprehensive Behavioral model for BFRBs.

Diversity Statement:

I completed my training in Atlanta, a growing diverse metropolitan area. I have extensive experience and training in working with culturally diverse individuals, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, multicultural families, individuals across the socioeconomic status spectrum. I continuously seek to learn more through workshops and trainings in order to grow my understanding of working with multicultural populations.

I received training throughout graduate school, predoctoral internship, and postdoctoral fellowship. I seek out supervision and/or consultation regularly in order to ensure my cultural competency.

Treatment Groups:

I currently offer two recurring groups. One is a free, monthly support group for adult family members/loved ones of individuals (13+) with OCD. The second is a recurring 8-week module of ERP for teens (12-17). You can visit our website for more information about these groups and others offered by our team https://anxietyspecialistsofatlanta.com/services/treatment-and-support-groups/
