Narrative of Services:

Approximately 50% of my work is with children, adolescents, and adults with OCD. My remaining clinical work covers the spectrum of depression, anxiety, and neurodivergent concerns.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide evidence-based treatment for a range of emotional disorders including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and Adjustment Disorders. I collaboratively conceptualize treatment goals with the client based on their report of distress and my own assessment. I pair structure and flexibility to help address client suffering.

Training Description:

I completed my post-doctoral training at the TAP Clinic. I received specialized training and supervision in both Exposure and Response Prevention as well as the Unified Protocol in the treatment of OCD.

Diversity Statement:

I provide support for identity-related distress, both as a primary treatment concern or as an ongoing factor alongside other therapy targets. I may be a good fit for clients seeking to increase acceptance, self-compassion, and understanding of their identities.
