Narrative of Services:

Treating OCD is my passion, and my lived experience with both OCD and ADHD gives me a unique perspective in supporting others. About 75% of my practice is focused on treating OCD, with the rest dedicated to anxiety-related disorders. I offer individual, group, and family sessions, both online and in person, to make services as accessible as possible. I enjoy using creativity and art in my work, which often helps clients approach challenges in new ways. I also have lots of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and strive to create an inclusive, personalized approach to meet their needs.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD since 2022 and am committed to using evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs. My primary approach is Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), and I regularly participate in trainings and consultations to enhance my skills in this area. I also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), often blending these methods with creativity and art to enrich the therapeutic process. I have experience working with many various subtypes of OCD, including harm, contamination, and taboo themes, and I am always striving to provide compassionate, personalized care.

Treatment Groups:

“Breaking the Repeat: An Anxiety and OCD Support Group” brings together adults (18+) who are at various stages of recovery and living with OCD or other anxiety disorders. Through discussion, mindfulness practice, art making and skill sharing, the members of this group can provide community, resources and a deep understanding of the OCD and anxiety experience. The group meets every other Wednesday at 5pm via Zoom and the cost is $50 per group session.
