Barbara J. Benson LPC

I offer CBT with ERP, I-CBT, and ACT for anxiety and OCD. I specialize in treating OCD and emetophobia. Clients iwth OCD make up 80% of my practice. I have treated hundreds of clients with OCD over the years.

I have a Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Counseling Psychology. After graduation I worked with a psychologist from the University of MN who specialized in anxiety and OCD. I have been treating anxiety and OCD for 17 years. In the past year, I completed training in I-CBT for OCD and have been using that with many OCD clients.
