Approximately 75% of my practice is dedicated to working with individuals experiencing OCD and related disorders. I also support clients struggling with PTSD, panic symptoms, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, insomnia, and substance use concerns. I work with a diverse range of populations, including teens, adults, parents, veterans, and first responders
As someone with lived experience with OCD, I understand the complexity and challenges of the recovery journey firsthand. I am a trained social worker and psychotherapist with several years of private practice experience and clinical supervision in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
I have experience supporting clients from a wide range of cultural, religious, and identity backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, first- and second-generation families, and clients navigating intergenerational trauma, identity development, stigma, and belonging.
I have experience working with individuals across a wide range of sexual orientations and gender identities. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I bring both professional and lived understanding of how minority stress can impact mental health and well-being, including the ways these experiences may intersect with OCD and related symptoms.
