I have over eight years of experience treating OCD with ERP. I provide individual therapy sessions both in and out of the office, depending on therapeutic targets. I can also tailor personalized intensive treatment options.

I treat Generalized Anxiety disorder, Depression, and ADHD using CBT as well as DBT.

I completed my postdoctoral training at Cognitive Behavioral Consultants of Westchester & Manhattan (CBC) where I was trained & supervised in the treatment of OCD across the lifespan using CBT & ERP. I continued to practice at CBC for six more years, during which I also led four-day OCD intensives virtually & in-person.
