Narrative of Services:
I offer individual psychotherapy to adults living with OCD and related disorders. Approximately 75% of my practice is made of of such clients. I have treated hundreds of clients throughout my career in PHP and IOP at Rogers Behavioral Health and now in private practice.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Will treat any anxiety disorder with a combination of ERP and ACT as well as influence from IFS and iCBT along with psychoeducation and family support. Homework is given. Mood disorders are treated with ACT, CBT, and influence from IFS, along with collaboration with medication providers and more traditional talk therapy and thought challenging.

Training Description:
My training and experience is gained through my years as Lead OCD Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health, collaboration in my private practice, and ongoing continuing education.

Worked with many different cultures throughout a twenty-plus-year career, along with cultural humility trainings and personal experience being part of a multicultural family. I attend annual training on multiculturalism and cultural humility as part of an adoption professionals group as well as continuing education classes focused on cultural humility and implicit bias.
