About 60% of my clinical practice is focused on treating individuals with OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat co-occurring substance use, OCD, and anxiety disorders. The client and I decide how to prioritize treatment goals in collaboration.

I specialized in the treatment of OCD during my doctoral training at the University of Miami. I served as clinical supervisor at Rogers Behavioral Health-San Diego overseeing the OCD and Anxiety Disorders Partial Hospitalization Programs and providing trainings and supervision for clinical staff.

Diversity Statement:

Cultural competency has been an integral part of my doctoral and post-doctoral training. I continue to attend cultural competency seminars and workshops to better serve my clients. I have lots of experience working with Black, Hispanic, and Asian American clients. One of my specialties is men’s issues.

Treatment Group:

I run a weekly group online for adult men who are interested in deepening their relationships and emotional intimacy. It is a closed, 12-session group that begins once we have a sufficient number of interested individuals. Group members are responsible for their co-pay if using insurance. Out-of-pocket cost is $50 per session.
