I offer individual, couple and family therapy for adolescents, adults and their families with anxiety, other mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal relationship dynamics. 50% of my practice helps individuals with OCD, OC related disorders and compulsive hoarding. My treatment modalities include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for relationship therapy. Sessions are available five days a week, including evening appointments. I also offer home visits.
I have gained extensive experience in working with religiously, culturally, racially and economically diverse populations throughout my professional career and voluntary activities. Working with ethnic and religious minorities and teens at risk in the US and abroad has broadened my appreciation for diversity and cultural differences. I am also happy to provide therapy in German and Hebrew.

Training Description:
I am a marital and family therapist at the UCLA OCD Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program providing individual and group therapy to patients with OCD, OC related disorders and compulsive hoarding.
I have been practicing since 2004 both in Europe and the US, in non-for profit, hospital and private practice settings. I trained at University College London, Birkbeck College and the Institute of Family Therapy in London, England as well at the UCLA OCD Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program.
From early on I worked with individuals from different backgrounds. I started my career at Child Protection Services and served mainly ethnic minority and low-income families. After that, I cared for patients with Sickle Cell Anemia and Thalassemia. Besides providing CBT for patients, I also developed communication skills and cultural awareness programs for health care professionals working with these patient groups. My team developed the same programs for Oncology patients.
I also conducted research studies with recovering alcoholics and have done extensive psychotherapeutic and community work within the (Ultra) Orthodox Jewish community.
