Training Description:

I’m a neuropsychologist. As a Ph.D., I have a very strong evidence-based background. For example, I have worked in academic medicine, studying the neural underpinnings of internalizing psychopathologies. I completed my training at the Boston Consortium, National Institute for PTSD where I regularly used evidenced-based protocols like Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have been regularly treating OCD and have completed advanced consultation for OCD.

I have worked in international humanitarian aid, working with highly diverse populations around the globe. I speak Spanish, which has widened my appreciation of diversity and enriched my cultural competency. Additionally, a substantive portion of my work has been dedicated to social justice and health in underserved communities.
