Molly Duran LCSW
My practice specializes in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and OCD. I use strategies from Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients with their intrusive thoughts and OCD fears. I focus on values, self-compassion, and mindfulness practices. It is my priority to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I have attended workshops and consultation groups to use CBT, ERP, and ACT in my practice. I also plan to attend the IOCDF BTTI training this spring for more extensive training in treating OCD. I am also trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) with expanded application for ARFID and young adults who struggle to be independent.
