My practice, Anxiety Treatment Center of Orlando, is solely devoted to treating Anxiety, OCD & OC Spectrum Disorders, utilizing a combination of CBT Modalities, including ERP, in office, online & in vivo (outside of the office). OCD & OC Spectrum Issues/BFRDs, consist of 60-90% of my total practice. In the 25 years that I have practiced, I have treated hundreds of OCD cases. In 2010, I was selected as a treating therapist on 3 episodes of Season 2 of A&E’s acclaimed series “Obsessed”, focused on the use of CBT & Exposure Therapy for OCD & Anxiety Disorders.

For the past 25 years, I have been cultivating skills, training & expertise through supervision/practicum, consultation, trainings/continuing education courses, along with my own reading & research. My career has been devoted to the study & practice of CBT & Exposure-Based Treatment, including various other CBT formats.
