My practice is largely (80%) dedicated helping people manage and develop a therapeutic relationship with their obsessive and compulsive experiences. I work predominantly with people who carry a diagnosis of OCD, social anxiety, or phobia. I also facilitate the fostering of a supportive relationship with a client’s own sense of self and, if desired, their support systems.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I served as a community residential counselor at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital from Oct 2011-July 2015. I then continued at my training under Jason Elias, PhD, at CBTeam, LLC, a group practice based in Arlington, MA, specializing in OCD and related anxiety disorders.
I combine behavioral exposure work with narrative therapy/cultural approaches that emphasize the impact of disorder-related grief on identity and values of the human being.
