Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I also treat clients who have co-occurring disorders with disorders such as anxiety, depression, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Along with EXRP for OCD and related disorders, I utilized Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Systems Therapy during treatment for co-occurring disorders.

I have been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, DBT, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders treatment.
