Carrie E. Holl MA, PsyD
All of my practice is CBT, ERP, and ACT-based practices.
Depressive and bipolar spectrum disorders, health-related issues, panic, generalized anxiety, and coping and adjustment issues.
I have more than 20 years of licensed clinical work experience. In my doctoral program, I completed a training track in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my pre-doctoral internship at the Washington DC VA and my post-doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins, I also received specialized training in behavioral medicine and CBT. I worked at Georgetown Hospital in behavioral medicine, as well as taught at Georgetown and GWU also in CBT. I was previously a board member of the Mid-Atlantic OCD affiliate.
My practice base is multicultural.
I have training through graduate school, internships, and ongoing continuing education in working with diverse populations. Having a multicultural practice is an important component of my clinical experience and why I selected to practice in a metropolitan area.
