I offer a multi-modal approach that addresses OCD and related common symptoms/conditions (tics, hypochondriasis, body dysmorphic disorder, hoarding, other anxiety disorders): very intensive (up to 16 hrs/wk) CBT with ERP (including in vivo/in home sessions, as needed), Biofeedback, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, breath retraining, CBIT, and bibliotherapy. Mandatory bi-weekly parent sessions and very frequent (sometimes daily) consultation with parents. Meeting/consults with schools, siblings, coaches, etc. “as needed”. Approximately 1000 pediatric patients with OCD and OCD-related disorders treated over past 25 years.
