Narrative of Services:

My practice offers in-person and telehealth services to adults with OCD, anxiety, BFRBs, and Tourette’s Syndrome. I am a PsyPact provider and can see individuals in PsyPact participating states. I have years of specialized experience in these areas of practice, utilizing research-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and the Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment for Hair Pulling and Skin Picking (ComB). I strive to create a collaborative environment with my clients to guide them toward values-driven change and progress.

Training Description:

My practice focuses on providing evidence-based treatment to adults with OCD, anxiety disorders (including social anxiety, generalized anxiety, illness anxiety, agoraphobia, panic disorder, phobias), BFRBs, and Tourette’s syndrome. I obtained my PsyD from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University. I completed an APA-accredited internship at Southwest Behavioral and Health Services in Arizona, and postdoctoral training at Austin Anxiety and OCD Specialists. I also have experience as a training director and clinical supervisor to postdoctoral fellows. I am a graduate of the IOCDF’s BTTI and engage in ongoing training in OCD and related disorders.
