Narrative of Services:

You will be receiving treatment in a small private practice where your will work directly with me. Your Telehealth sessions will happen in the comfort of your own home. You can meet with me alone, with your significant other or as a family. Your relationship concerns will be treated with evidence based interventions, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, blended with your OCD or BFRB treatment. You can rest knowing that I have treated hundreds of children, adults and families struggling with OCD and OCD related disorders both as a therapist and clinical supervisor.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

The goal is to help you get better as quickly and safely as possible. At the beginning of therapy you can share what you have been struggling with and you will have a thorough diagnostic evaluation. You can have multiple symptoms treated at the same time, or, you can work with another therapist to get the help you need. You can also work with me for family and couples therapy. The goal is to help you, and those who love you, get better as quickly and safely as possible.

Training Description:

When working with me, you will receive the insight of a clinician who has spent the past 6 years dedicated to treating and teaching other clinicians to treat OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders. You will receive Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment blended with Gottman and other proven couples and family therapy tools so that the health of your relationships are prioritized from the start.
