Narrative of Services:

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatments for adults with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. I offer exposure and response prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which has the most research support for treating anxiety-related issues. Additionally, I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and skills training when appropriate, tailoring treatments to meet each individual’s needs. I provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth to adults across PSYPACT states.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide treatment for co-occurring disorders using a cognitive-behavioral approach, such as CPT and PE for PTSD, BA for depression, and CBT for anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, and panic. I also have specialty training working with individuals experiencing chronic health concerns.

Training Description:

I earned my PhD from University of Illinois at Chicago. I completed my internship at the Seattle VA and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at University of Washington Medical Center. Prior to founding my private practice, I worked as a staff psychologist at the Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle, where I focused on treating OCD and related disorders in adults. I also received intensive OCD treatment training through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
