I work primarily with individuals with OCD (teens and adults) and OCD-related disorders, however, I also have significant training in treating PTSD. I offer individual therapy, group therapy (based on demand), and provide presentations to other mental health professionals to educate them on OCD assessment and treatment.

PTSD and depression. Utilizing a CBT and ACT-based approach.

I have been seeing clients with OCD and OCD-related disorders since 2020, in my first practicum experience. Since then, I have continued to work with this population. I completed my postdoctoral residence at The Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center in Wilmington, DE. I have also presented twice at IOCDF conferences (Denver ’22 and San Francisco ’23).

Groups run as long as demand is shown. Adults with Autism support group (navigating later in life diagnosis), OCD support group (college-age), OCD support group (adults), OCD support group (teens)
