Narrative of Services:

I provide individual, family, and couples counseling in an office setting. I completed ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) intensive 4 day training for Adults and the 1 day ERP training for peds/adolescents through UPenn (CTSA) in July 2020. I have been in private practice for 26 years. Currently 45% of my clients are being treated for OCD and/or OC Related disorders. I have been focusing on OCD clients for the past 5 years and continue to grow this part of my practice. I have attended the International OCD Conference in Tampa in 7/2024 and two IOCDF online conferences since 2021.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat many clients that have a mood disorder (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder) and may also be dealing with addictions issues, ADHD, or OCD.

Training Description:

I obtained my Masters of Social Work(MSW) degree in 1998. I then worked in Addictions at a facility for 4.5 years. I began my private practice part time in 1999. I worked under a psychiatrist providing counseling for 1.5 years and then went into private practice full time in 2004. I am a Masters Addictions Counselor (MAC), Certified Imago Relational Therapist, and trained in Brainspotting and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). OCD and OC Related Disorders have been a growing part of my practice for the past 5 years. I utilize ACT and ERP. I have worked with clients ages 7-75.
