My treatment principles incorporate the accepted gold standards in evidence-based therapeutic approaches of OCD, OC related disorders, and anxiety disorders of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). My private practice offers services including individual sessions, intensive outpatient sessions, and video conferencing. Roughly 95% of my caseload struggle with OCD and/or an anxiety disorder. I have been treating OCD since 2014.
I am honored to have been the founding president of the OCD Central and South Florida affiliate of IOCDF. I began my career treating OCD and anxiety disorders at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc, WI, a nationally recognized leader in comprehensive and effective behavioral health treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. I relocated to Tampa, FL, to work at Rogers Behavioral Health in the partial hospitalization program, focusing on more acute cases of OCD and related disorders. I have received extensive training from two members of the IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board. I started my private practice in 2016.
