Emily M. O'Bryan PhD
Dr. O’Bryan works with adults and youth ages 10+ and primarily treats OCD and anxiety-related disorders. She sees clients both in person and via telehealth through Cambridge Psychology Group in Arlington, MA.
Dr. O’Bryan earned her PhD from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. She completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Anxiety Disorders Center/Center for CBT at the Institute of Living, where she provided Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD in both weekly and accelerated (daily) formats, transdiagnostic exposure-based CBT for co-occurring OCD and anxiety-related disorders in youth, Habit Reversal Training for skin-picking/hair-pulling, and group CBT for Hoarding Disorder.
Dr. O’Bryan strives to cultivate an environment in which all clients feel accepted and understood. She is committed to deepening her understanding of each client’s identity, culture, and values in order to best individualize treatment.
