The Anxiety Busting Bootcamp is an affordable membership that offers parents coaching in a 12 step process to deal with anxiety and OCD at home. it is an affordable option and great for when you need support but your child is refusing treatment.
For young people aged 10-18 years who live in the United Arab Emirates (or close time zone) we have the Anxiety Busting Bootcamp with Therapy. Your child will attend live online group therapy six times per month. Groups are small so individual ERP goals can be tracked and parents are a vital part of the process.
I have worked with families in The Middle East for the last 25 years.
I have post-graduate training in CBT, ERP, ACT and specialise in the research of developing evidence-based online group programs for young people and families dealing with anxiety and OCD.
I coach parents to treat anxiety at home using the SPACE method developed by Dr Eli Lebowitz from Yale Child Centre.
I give presentations and workshops to nurseries and schools in The Middle East to educate and support parents and families who need an action plan on how to treat anxiety and OCD at home.
I work with a varied multicultural population in The Middle East and am used to working with people of different faiths – particularly the Muslim community.
I have lived in The Middle East for 25 years and have vast knowledge of working within a Muslim country and am sensitive to the cultures and traditions that accompany the Muslim community.
My clients are expats from diverse populations and local Emirati families, or families from the Middle East and North Africa regions.
