Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD, Health Anxiety, Panic and Agoraphobia and other Anxiety Disorders. I work with adults, adolescents and families in an outpatient setting and offer telehealth options. I offer evidence-based, online trainings, consultations and courses and private support groups in the areas of OCD and Health Anxiety. I produce YouTube videos to promote OCD and Health Anxiety awareness and education.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In the treatment of OCD, there are often co-occurring disorders that are included in my assessment and treatment planning including depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders and phobias.

Training Description:

The core of my clinical training is in CBT and ERP, evidenced-based practices for OCD and anxiety. I have training through the IODCF Training Institute, (BTTI) Behavior Therapy Training Institute. I have additional training in ACT and mindfulness-based therapies. I am also a Gottman trained Couple’s therapist. I am active in training and consultation groups and the international OCD professional community.

Diversity Statement:

I strongly value ongoing awareness, consultation and education regarding diversity and equity to improve the therapeutic experience for clients. I seek out continuing education experiences that highlight diversity, including race, sexuality and age. I feel comfortable talking to clients about their unique backgrounds and lived experiences and discussing adaptations to treatment that can maximize effectiveness for them.

Treatment Groups:

The groups that I offer for OCD and Health Anxiety are in conjunction with evidence-based, online courses. More information and registration can be found at https://www.paigepradko.com/courses.
