At GroundWork Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Orlando I specialize in the treatment of OCD, severe anxiety disorders, and specific phobias in adults utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). 98% of my clients are struggling with OCD or an O-C related disorder.

I am a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapists and a National Board Certified Counselor. I am a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in Houston Texas and have received additional training in ERP from Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy as well as consultation from senior members of the IOCDF. I have also received advanced training for the treatment of complex and treatment resistant OCD. I have received certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York, New York.
