Narrative of Services:

I work at a group practice, Soultality Center for Psychotherapy, that specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders. I work with young adults and adults and have a particular interest in the intersection of OCD and trauma, thought I work with people seeking support for a range of issues.

Training Description:

I have received training in CBT, ERP, ACT, and motivational interviewing as well as modalities for treating trauma including EMDR and STAIR. I regularly seek opportunities to further my education through workshops, trainings, supervision, and consultation.

Mom born in Greece, I lived in Europe for 5 years. Personally completed an internship with CUNY Language Immersion program, a non-traditional, largely first generation, immigrant student population studying to access post-secondary education
