Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma
My expertise comprises several clinical training programs, including a post-graduate fellowship at The Reeds Center – Treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders, where I gained clinical experience and supervision delivering exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy (HRT), trauma-informed treatments such as STAIR-NT and CPT, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, I studied and trained at The Center for Prolonged Grief at Columbia University, the Evidence-Based Practice Institute of Seattle, the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (WCSPP).
As a dedicated mental health clinician, I am committed to providing adults and older adolescents with thoughtful care that respects the diverse aspects of their identity, including their cultural, racial, sexual, and social backgrounds. In our safe and nurturing environment, you will have the space to process your experiences and explore the next steps you’d be willing to take. Collaboration is essential in our work together. I am here to listen to your unique perspective and help you navigate the various dimensions of your life.
