Meghan Schreck PhD
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with OCD and perinatal and postpartum OCD. My work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also offer consultation to clinicians new to working with OCD.
I received my PhD from the University of Vermont. I thereafter completed my clinical training at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where I received specialized training in CBT/ERP for OCD and related disorders. I worked as a staff psychologist at the OCD Institute at McLean Hospital for four years, and I have completed the Postpartum Support International certificate trainings in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy.
I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment for clients with multiple intersecting identities, and I am committed to working within a cultural humility framework in my clinical work.
