Narrative of Services:

My practice primarily specializes in treating OCD and related disorders, with the majority of my caseload consisting of individuals with OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also treat Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Hoarding Disorder using CBT, I treat anxiety-related disorders including Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Social Anxiety Disorder using evidence-based approaches.

I also treat Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors using Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and PTSD using Prolonged Exposure (PE). Additionally, I work with individuals experiencing depression through Behavioral Activation.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I also treat co-occurring disorders such as PTSD and Depression.

Training Description:

I have over 8 years of clinical experience treating individuals with OCD and related disorders across diverse levels of care. My practice is grounded in evidence-based treatments including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I have completed specialized training and consultation in the treatment of OCD and anxiety-related conditions, and regularly incorporate current best practices and empirically supported interventions into my work with clients.
