Cesalie Stepney PhD
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. My primary treatment approaches are CBT, ERP, BA, and DBT. I have also completed SPACE training. The majority of my private practice is focused on individuals with OCD or anxiety diagnoses.
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Washington state. I received my Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. I completed an APA-accredited internship in Clinical and Community Psychology at the Yale School of Medicine and a postdoctoral fellowship in Leadership Education in Adolescent Health at the University of Washington with clinical placement at Seattle Children’s. Prior to starting my private practice, I was a clinical director and supervising psychologist at Rogers Behavioral Health.
I am committed to working with BIPOC populations and being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. I also strive to continue to grow my cultural competence by regularly completing trainings and readings, as well as being involved in the broader local community.
