Daniela Toledano LMHC, NCC

Counselor
Narrative of Services:

My practice offers individual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults with OCD and anxiety disorders, using a combination of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor treatment to align with each client’s values and goals, providing a personalized approach. I work with both English and Spanish-speaking clients. While I currently focus on individual therapy, I am also developing future programs to support families and offer courses on anxiety and related topics.

Training Description:

I am trained as an ERP specialist and worked for two years at Rogers Behavioral Health’s IOP and PHP programs with adults, adolescents, children, and their families dealing with OCD and Anxiety. During this time, I received training from a multidisciplinary team specializing in OCD treatment. For over a year now, I have been in private practice, focusing on treating adolescents and adults with OCD.

With my Jewish and Latina heritage, I bring a rich multicultural perspective to my practice. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including Latino families, Americans, and people of various religions. Living in the US and speaking both Spanish and English, I strive to offer culturally sensitive and inclusive care that resonates with each individual’s unique experiences

My background as a Jewish and Latina therapist, combined with my experience living in the US, deepens my cultural competency. I have had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including Latino families, Americans, and individuals from various cultural and religious backgrounds. This multicultural perspective, along with my bilingual abilities, allows me to provide empathetic and culturally responsive care, strengthening my connection with each client.
