The Epiphany Center is here to help you live your best life. We offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you start taking steps towards your brightest future. Individual therapy sessions are available one or more times weekly to help you make meaningful progress and develop skills to navigate life gracefully. Our OCD Kick Start Program is designed for individuals suffering from severe OCD symptoms who are ready to embrace change. This program includes 27 hours of therapy (3 times per week for 3 weeks) to intensively teach you the skills you need to live with vibrancy and courage.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with emphases in Women’s and Family Studies from Arizona State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and thereafter earning her Master’s of Professional Counseling from Ottawa University in Phoenix, also graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rachel has extensive experience working in renowned treatment facilities in both the public and private sectors of healthcare, holding esteemed positions in inpatient treatment settings and as a Clinical Director. Rachel has been working as an anxiety and trauma therapist for 14 years and treating OCD in a specialized clinical setting for 8 years.
The Epiphany Center for OCD and PTSD provides comprehensive care for individuals across the adult life span, starting at age 18.
