Description:

Find freedom from OCD in our 8-week therapy group – join us Tuesdays 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm to break the cycle together and reclaim your life.

1. Join an 8-week, therapist-led group.
2. Learn and practice proven techniques from ERP, CBT, mindfulness, and acceptance.
3. Gain the knowledge, tools, and support to break free from OCD’s grip.

Groups run on a quarterly basis through the year.
