100% of my practice is dedicated to OCD, Autism, OCPD, ADHD and related disorders. I’ve treated over 500 individuals and support systems. I utilize gold standard approaches for Obsessive Compulsive related disorders, including ERP, RO DBT, DBT, ACT, and Habit Reversal Training. I provide behavioral coaching services for neurodivergent teens and their parents.

I treat co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Skin Picking, Hair Pulling, Body Dysmorphia, Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). I specialize in using using ERP, Habit Reversal Training, ACT, DBT and RO DBT.

I received comprehensive training to treat OCD and related obsessive compulsive disorders (Autism, ADHD, OCPD, etc) using ERP, DBT, ACT, and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy RO DBT from my time working with Rogers Behavioral Health and Resilience Treatment Center at all levels of care, as well as continuing education hours and learning during my time in private practice.

I have specialty training to work with minority, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC populations from my previous coursework, continuing education hours, and additional supervision to work with these populations.
